La Paz Chattanooga: Bringing a Vision for Latino Business Support to Life

The Challenge
La Paz has long been a trusted resource for Chattanooga’s Latino community. As the need for culturally relevant business development support grew, La Paz had a vision—but needed the right partner to help turn that vision into a successful program.

The Approach
Prospera Strategies collaborated with La Paz to design and launch its first business development cohort tailored for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs. From shaping the curriculum to delivering instruction and offering 1:1 coaching, Prospera provided strategic and hands-on support every step of the way.

The Outcome
With Prospera’s support, La Paz successfully implemented a high-impact program that directly serves the evolving needs of their community, with a pilot class of 20 individuals and a 90% graduation rate.
