SVN: Improving Internal Systems and Strengthening Company Culture

The Challenge
SVN | Second Story identified two core areas of focus: improving the functionality of their accounting department and strengthening internal culture across the organization. They wanted clearer processes, a more effective team structure, and a culture that consistently aligned with their values.

The Approach
Partnering closely with SVN leadership, Prospera Strategies helped restructure the accounting department to enhance efficiency and client service. Together, they redeveloped processes and clarified team roles to streamline workflows. At the same time, the engagement included a deep dive into SVN’s cultural drivers—revisiting hiring practices, team communication, and leadership alignment—to ensure their core values were lived out in everyday operations.

The Outcome
